Ten Years of Therapeutic Journeys

Psychological practice Ad Rem Counselling is celebrating its 10th anniversary since its foundation, and I would like to take a moment for reflection and gratitude. Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with clients from all over the world, each bringing their unique life experiences into the therapeutic space. I feel enriched to have witnessed so much cultural diversity.

My clients have come from more than 60 different countries. Here they are in alphabetical order: Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazadrem-globeil, Canada, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Norway, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, UK (England, Gibraltar), USA (California, Maine, Michigan, New Mexico), Venezuela, Vietnam.

In seeing such diversity, I have also observed universal traits — the deep human search for connection, meaning, and a place to belong.

Over these ten years, I have mostly worked with people transitioning from young adulthood into more mature stages of life — individuals separating from their parental heritage and searching for their own path, their unique lifestyle, and their own way of being. Having recently reached the milestone of turning 50, I have also begun working with people facing midlife crises — exploring identity, purpose, and transformation on a deeper level.

I hope that each individual’s growth has been supported and accelerated through the therapeutic process. I feel enriched by every one of these meetings. Each encounter has left a mark on me. I’ve learned, been challenged, inspired, and transformed.

I would like to thank everyone who found their way to my practice and chose to share their personal narratives. I’m grateful for the trust you’ve placed in the therapeutic process — and in me.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
